A message from Satya Ji
Traditional methods were designed thousands of years back when the human body, emotion, and mind were not so complex, blocked and repressed.
Today's life is only a mental world, which is what Kaliyuga means: to live in a world of darkness where thought has become everything and real, live experiences of life are clouded by thoughts, ideas, confusions and concepts. So keeping that in mind your body, mind and energy have to become unrepressed and flowing, only then traditional methods will work.
Spirituality is like fruits and flowers of a tree: for that you have to water the roots, not operate the branches. That's what people are doing in the name of spirituality. Same is with material life - you try to be successful, which is like having fruits, but your roots, your body-mind, are blocked. You try to operate your branches, trying to find ways through thinking and exhaust yourself hence what you do has no power, energy, hence failure happens. This is not about lack of good ideas, but lack of vital force to invest.
Wisdom is a flow not a thought. Our bodies, our mind and our energies need to express and flow without judgment. We essentially long for not self-realization, but self-actualization: to be able to express what you are inside, which gets compromised in our social life. Repression of sexuality and emotion. This creates a neurosis and mind fuck in life, we slowly get used to this life energy style and live like half-dead humans. Our talents and potentials are not thoughts but energy flow.
So to discover your unique potential it's important that you put effort fiercely and make your body, mind energy flowing. In you, you will discover many good things and creativities about yourself, which you have forgotten in the crowd of thoughts and struggle of relations.

Aum Namaha
Below you can find detailed instructions for Satya Ji’s Recommended Catharsis Practices. It is recommended to do catharsis daily for at least 2-3 weeks, to see significant and lasting changes. After this period, you can use them as and when you feel (for example every few days/ weekly) as tools to clean out your system.
A powerful daily routine is to do writing first thing in the morning, followed by the Shaking & Dancing meditation, and then Gibberish in the evening.

Kundalini Meditation
This is a powerful process for experiencing a totality of action, followed by a totality of stillness. It works wonders for releasing suppressed emotions, and developing a strong willpower. This is the primary catharsis method, the others work as supplements to support this one.

Gibberish Meditation
Do gibberish meditation for releasing pent up garbage thoughts. Unburden your mind from garbage you gather from personal gossip or internet mind f*ck, it needs to be released.

Morning Pages
As soon as you get up, write three pages, whatever is coming in your mind, about your life relations, the things you do not say to anybody. Slowly your mind and thinking will become clear, you will develop a healthy honesty with yourself.
Centering
Once catharsis has been established as a part of your life, and your energies are flowing, you can now meaningfully work on centering your awareness. The practices below approach this in different ways, but the effect is the same - tune out of mental neurosis and tune into the primary vibration and presence of now, which is who you really are.
These are Satya Ji’s top recommendations to water the plant of your being. They will work to support other practices you may be doing. Different people respond to different things, we recommend you give all of them a try and feel the response in your system. Let it guide you towards what it needs.

Navel Centre Activation
This center is connected with the cosmic wisdom also known as intuition. It will make your body powerful and your personality intuitive. It is the source of your original actions, emotions, thoughts. Swadhishtana, the seat of self.

Chanting AUM
The most fundamental of all chants. Doing it totally, you will begin to see everything is made of sound, vibration. And all that is going on is just one sound. And that sound is Aum.

Chanting RAM
RAM is the sound of now. It represents the fundamental yin-yang, fire-water, rising falling of the cosmos. Ra is the manifestation. M is the awareness. Chanting Ram, or Sita Ram, with devotion is a key to spiritual and material blossoming.

Ganesh Mantra
Once you feel comfortable chanting something simple like AUM, you can try this. Ganesh Mantra works to unblock and transmute sexual energy into into creativity and organic wisdom. It helps one connect to the one intention running the whole cosmos, the source of all genius.
Creativity
A MESSAGE FROM SATYA JI:
Creativity is Juice. Why it is juice? When you're creating, you're experiencing something new. In that new, you expand. In that expansion, you feel the joy of life. The inherent creativity in cosmos is expansion of joy.
It is not some job to be done. Some painting to be made. You are expanding. So even looking at a tree without thinking, you are being creative. You are expanding with the tree. That's why there is a joy.
To be creative is to follow the nature of energy
