Gibberish Meditation

While shaking and dancing work with the energy flows and emotions stored in the body, this meditation clears garbage from the mind. It’s very powerful, especially in this day and age, where we download so many other peoples voices, opinions, thoughts and propaganda through the internet.

Satya Ji recommends that you start with doing Gibberish on its own for 10-15 minutes, cross-legged, with eyes closed, followed by 10-15 minutes of stillness and silence, watching the breath.

After you get the hand of it, you can experiment with doing Gibberish whilst doing the Shaking practice - this can be a powerful combination. However, if you are new to the catharsis methods, it is best to do shaking and dancing meditation, leave a gap and do the Gibberish separately.
